As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of working with people across diverse backgrounds and life stages, and I've seen firsthand how resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful connection can support lasting change.

I graduated from San Jose State University with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, focusing on understanding unconscious patterns and developing insight.
